The CHEESE BALL is back, lovers. It's Philadelphia's largest cheese party, and this year is going to be a winter wonderland spectacular, featuring...whiskey cocktails! Dancing in the upstairs ballroom at RUBA Club! Plus, a regal "cheese tower" provided by the dairy dames who represent Collective Creamery.

If you're a NEWBIE (kisses, kisses), here's what you need to know:

-dress code is barnyard-casual to ballgown-fabulous
-bring a hunk (or condiment) for the giant cheese board
-prepare to meet other lovers...of cheese
-cheesemakers and families/helpers attend free
-tickets are $20, proceeds go to Collective Creamery
-cash bars on two floors
-this is the 4th Cheese Ball, and it's going to be unforgettable!

Note: RUBA is a private social club in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia. This event is open to the public (21+).

HISTORY
The Cheese Ball is a biennial event -- this is the 4th one since 2012. The Ball is designed to bring cheese lovers together, honor mongers and makers, and offer the public a chance to partake in creating (and eating!) a giant cheese board. There are no vendors. Proceeds from ticket sales cover rental space and are donated to a local cheesemaking effort. Thanks for supporting this grassroots effort!
